THE LAB BIO-GUARD is a high-performance, water-based acrylic elastomeric clear sealant designed to provide superior protection and durability for a wide range of surfaces. It penetrates deeply to protect against grease, oil, alkalies, and acids, sealing minor and hairline cracks while acting as a waterproof barrier. Ideal for both residential and commercial applications, BIO-GUARD preserves natural surface colors, prevents dust ingress, and offers excellent chemical, abrasion, and UV resistance.
