THE LAB BIO-PROOF is a premium elastomeric waterproofing that creates a tough, flexible barrier against water ingress on roofs, parapets, gutters and vulnerable building details. Designed to bridge cracks and accommodate normal substrate movement, it continues protecting where conventional waterproof coatings may fail. Its advanced acrylic formulation withstands ponding water on suitable concrete and metal surfaces while remaining vapour permeable, allowing trapped moisture to escape without blistering or delamination.
