THE LAB BIO-PROOF Liquid Seal is a premium, water-based, fire-retardant, elastomeric waterproofing solution designed for concrete, metal, wood, and other surfaces. This versatile sealant fills and seals cracks and joints, preventing water penetration while forming a flexible, durable barrier that tolerates thermal movement without splitting or cracking. Its fast-drying formula handles ponding water and provides long-lasting protection. THE LAB BIO-PROOF is chemical and pollution-resistant, shedding dirt to retain an attractive appearance, and is vapor-permeable to allow substrate moisture to escape without blistering or delamination.
