THE LAB BIO-SMARTROOF is a superior water-based acrylic coating designed for cementitious and metal roofs. It provides a smooth, durable finish with excellent adhesion and lasting colour. Suitable for new and previously painted roofs, THE LAB BIO-SMARTROOF delivers weather-resistant protection while enhancing the appearance of a variety of roofing surfaces. Its versatile formula is compatible with galvanised metal, fibre-cement sheeting, cement tiles, and other prepared roofing materials.

Recommended Uses
- New and previously painted cementitious roofs
- Galvanised metal roofs, cladding, gutters, and downpipes
- Fibre-cement sheeting (unpainted or previously painted)
- Cement and granular tiles (new or previously painted)
- Zinc, alum, and Aluzinc surfaces (properly cleaned and primed)
Note: Not recommended for clay, slate, wooden shingles, or slurry-coated tiles.
