THE LAB BIO-THERMOGUARD is an advanced copolymer-based roof coating designed to create a heat‑reflective, weatherproof membrane. Engineered for durability, flexibility and long-term performance, it offers superior resistance to thermal movement, chemicals, pollutants and moisture. The coating remains elastomeric, UV-stable and dirt‑shedding to maintain a bright, clean appearance over time.
