THE LAB BIO-THERMOSEAL is a flexible, durable, water-based roof coating designed to provide waterproofing, heat reflection and long-term exterior protection. Its advanced multiphase emulsion formulation delivers exceptional flexibility, UV resistance, dirt-shedding performance and mould resistance, making it ideal for demanding residential, commercial and industrial roof applications.
