THE LAB SMARTSEAL is a premium penetrating acrylic sealer that protects porous masonry surfaces by reducing water absorption and improving long-term durability. It penetrates deep into concrete, plaster, brick and masonry substrates to form an invisible protective barrier that helps minimise moisture ingress, weathering and environmental deterioration while maintaining the natural appearance of the surface. SMARTSEAL also stabilises porous substrates, making it an excellent preparatory sealer before applying decorative or protective coatings.
